Chilly potato is an and delicious vegetarian side dish loved by both kids and adults.

Ingredients:
- Potatoes chopped-250 gms
- Salt-to taste
- pepper powder-1 tsp
- Corn flour-2 tbsp
- Oil-for frying
- Onion-1 large
- Bell pepper-few pieces
- Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
- Soy sauce-1/2 tsp
- Tomato ketchup-2 tbsp
- Corn flour-2 tbsp
- Kashmiri chilly powder-1 tsp
- Mix potatoes with salt, pepper powder and corn flour; mix well (add little water if necessary to combine).
- Deep fry them in hot oil on medium flame until crisp.
- Drain it from the oil and keep aside.
- In another pan; add a tablespoon of oil; add onion cubed.
- Saute a minute.
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute until raw smell goes off.
- Add bell pepper and kashmiri chilly powder; mix well.
- Add soy sauce and tomato ketchup; mix it..
- Mix corn flour with little water and add in to the pan.
- Add enough water to make a thick gravy (about 1/2 cup)
- Check for salt; mix until gravy thickens.
- Then add fried potatoes; give a nice stir and turn off heat.
