Paneer Noodles - Recipe Book





Now a days noodles are the staple food for most of all. It is pretty easy to make and tastes great. You can make lot variety of noodle recipes. Check out the collection of noodle recipes listed in my blog: Noodles. Here is the recipe of making easy instant paneer noodles.

Paneer Noodles


Ingredients:
  1. Paneer cubes-150 gm

  2. Noodles-150 gm

  3. Oil-2 tbsp

  4. Thinly chopped garlic-1 tbsp

  5. Thinly chopped ginger-1 tbsp

  6. Thinly chopped green chilli-1 tsp

  7. Sliced carrots- 1/4 cup

  8. Sliced bell pepper-1/4 cup

  9. Sliced tomato- 1/4 cup

  10. Chilli sauce-1 tbsp

  11. Tomato sauce-2 tbsp

  12. Soy sauce-2 tsp

  13. Salt-to taste

  14. Chopped spring onion-to garnish

Preparation:
  • Cook noodles in boiling water by adding salt until done.

  • Drain it and sprinkle some oil in it (to avoid sticking); keep aside.

  • Heat a pan with oil; add the paneer pieces and fry on both sides until nicely golden.

  • Take it out from the oil and keep aside.

  • Add chopped garlic in to the oil and saute.

  • Add ginger and green chilli; saute well.

  • Add chopped carrots, bell pepper and tomato.

  • Cook for about two-three minutes.

  • Add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soy sauce and little salt; mix well for a minute.

  • Add fried paneer pieces and cooked noodles; mix well.

  • Sprinkle spring onion and serve.
