Ingredients:eggs-2 largeSugar powdered-1/4 cupAll purpose flour-1/2 cupMilk-1 cupOil-1/4 cupBaking powder- 1/2 tspSalt-a pinchVanilla essence-1/2 tspCocoa powder-2 tbspWhip cream-1 cupChocolate ganache-1/4 cupPreparation:In a dry bowl add all the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking soda and salt).Make a hole in the centre and add eggs, oil and vanilla essence; gentle mix with a handwhisk.Add milk little by little and make a lump free batter.Heat a non-stick pan with little oil.Pour a ladle of batter (little less than 1/4 cup) and make thin crepe. make such 10 to 11 crepes.Allow to cools down completely.Cut the crepes in to correct circle with the help of a circle shaped object. (see video)Apply whip cream in between the crepes as a thin layer and garnish on top with chocolate ganache.Refrigerate for an hour to set and slice it..
