Try this unique preparation at your busy days and just need a pickle or raitha in side.Ingreients:Basmati rice cooked- 3 cupsOil-11/2 tbspMustard seeds-1tspUrad dal-1tspChana dalt-1 tspCurry leaves-2 springPea nuts- fewAsafoetida-a small piece (or a pinch if powder)(hing / kayam)Dry red chilly-2Lemon juice- 1 1/2 tbspTurmeric powder- 1/2 tspSalt- to tastePreaparation:Heat oil in a pan; splutter mustard seeds.Add urad dal, chana dal and roasted pea nut; mix well.Add curry leaves, dry red chilly and asafoetida.Add turmeric powder; mix and add cooked basmati rice.Sprinkle lemon juice and salt.Give a nice until well combined.Cook for two minutes and turn off heat.Serve hot with some side dip or lemon pickle.
