Preparation:
- Crack and egg in a bowl.
- Add cardamom powder and thick jaggery syrup.
- Mix well without any lumps in it.
- Add rice powder and coocnut milk; mix well to form a thin batter.
- Grease a wide steel plate with ghee.
- In a steamer place this plate and strain the batter to it.
- Steam cooks for about 4-5 minutes.
- Open the lid and garnish on top with fried cashews.
- Cover and cook for another 8-10 minutes.
- Allow to cools down completely.
- Cut them in to pieces and enjoy.

Note:
- Instead of jaggery you can use sugar also.
- You can adjust the batter consistency by adding more coconut milk or water
