Ingredients:
  1. Eggs-3 large

  2. Flour-2 cup

  3. Baking powder-1 tsp

  4. Salt-a pinch

  5. Sweetened condensed milk-1 can

  6. Milk-1/2 cup

  7. Oil-1/2 cup

  8. Cardamom powder-1/2 tsp 

  9. Chopped mango-1/4 cup

  10. Sugar-1/4 cup

Preparation:
  • In a blender add mango pieces and sugar.

  • Blend to smooth puree.

  • Crack three eggs in a large mixing bowl.

  • Add sweetened condensed milk.

  • Beat few seconds until mixed well.

  • Add oil and mango puree; beat again until just mixed well.

  • Sift flour, baking powder and salt to the batter.

  • Beat on low speed to mix well; while beating add milk in three additions.

  • Fold the batter without any lumps.

  • Pour in to greased baking tray and place it inside the pre-heated pressure cooker.

  • Cover the lid and cook on low flame for about 40-45 minutes or until top get's slight golden in color.

  • Allow to cool completely before frosting.
