Ingredients:
- Bread slices-6
- Eggs-3 large
- Milk-1/4 cup
- Sugar-1 1/2 tbsp (or more)
- Cardamom powder-a pinch
- Butter-to toast
- In a mixing bowl add eggs, milk, cardamom powder and sugar.
- Mix well without any lumps (use a fork or hand beater)
- Heat a pan with butter on low flame.
- Dip the bread slice well in egg batter and place it on the hot tawa.
- Cook on low flame for about 5 minutes or until golden in color.
- Flip to other side and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes on low flame.
- Add in to serving plate and serve by drizzling honey on top.You can also garnish on top with chopped fresh fruits.
