Ingredients:
- Eggs-4 large (room temp)
- Melted Butter- 3/4 cup
- Warm water (Or warm milk)-1 cup
- Flour (maida)- 2 1/2 cup
- Powdered sugar- 1 3/4 cup (or 2 cups)
- Baking soda- 1/2 tsp
- Baking powder-1 tsp
- Vanilla essence-1 1/2 tsp
Preparation:
- Keep all the ingredients near by.
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 degree.
- In a large mixing bowl; add eggs and powdered sugar.
- Beat for about 1 minute or until mixed well.
- Add vanilla essence, melted butter, baking powder, baking soda and flour.
- Add warm water and beat on low mode until mixed well (Don't over beat; you can fold them with a spatula too ).
- Now scoop the batter in to lined muffin cups (fill it's 3/4 th level only).
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the top get's nice golden and puffed.
