Ingredients:
- Amrutham podi- 1/2 cup
- Milk or Coconut milk-1/2 cup
- Jaggery melted- 1/4 cup
- Egg-One large
- Cardamom powder-a pinch
- Salt-a pinch
- Coconut pieces-few to garnish (Or fried nuts)
- Ghee-1/2 tsp
Preparation:
Grease a wide plate with 1/2 tsp ghee (about 7 inch diameter)
In to a blender add all the ingredients from 1 to 6; blend smooth for 2 to 3 minutes.
Quickly pour into the greased plate.
Steam cook it for 20 minutes. (After 5 minutes of cooking , open the pan and garnish on top with coconut pieces or fried nuts)
Allow to cools down completely and them cut them in to pieces.
