Ingredients:
- Oil-1 tbsp
- Thinly chopped garlic-1 tbsp
- Flour (maida)_1 tbsp
- Water-1/2 cup
- Oil-1 tbsp
- Thinly chopped onion-1medium
- Thinly chopped carrot-1/4 cup
- Green peas-1/4 cup
- Sweet corn-1/4 cup
- Pepper powder-1 tsp
- Kashmiri chilly powder-1 tbsp
- Salt-to taste
- Tomato pureed-2 medium
- Cooked pasta-2 cup
- Coriander leaves-to garnish
- Heat a pan with oil; add chopped garlic and saute a minute.
- Add flour and mix on low flame for few seconds.
- Add milk and boil until starts thickens.
- Turn off heat and keep this white sauce aside.
- Heat a pan with oil; add chopped onions and saute until soften.
- Add carrots, green pea and sweet corn; mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add pepper powder, chilly powder and salt.
- Add tomato puree and cook for another 6 minutes or until it gets dried.
- Add the prepared white sauce in to it and mix well.
- Add little water if required to make a thick sauce consistency.
- Add cooked pasta in to it and mix well for two minutes.
- Garnish on top with coriander leaves chopped.
- Turn off heat and serve warm.
