Madka kulfi is traditional Indian dessert in which the milk kulfi is served in an earthen pot. You need only few basic ingredients to make it. Choose the choice of your nuts or make it without nuts . 



Madka Kulfi / Pistachio-Cardamom Kulfi


Ingredients:
  1. Milk-1 liter

  2. Cashew- 1/4 cup

  3. Pistachio-1/4 cup

  4. Cardamom-2

  5. Sugar- 1/2 cup (Or more)


Preparation:


  • In a blender add pistachio, cashew and cardamom seeds. Powder it and keep aside.

  • Heat a non-stick pan with milk. Boil and stir for about 15 minutes. Scrape the sides well.

  • Add sugar and powdered nuts; mix well.

  • Stir well and cook for another 10-15 minutes or until the milk turns little creamy and thickening.

  • Switch off the flame and allow to cool completely.

  • After that pour this milk in to madka pots and cover with cling wrap or aluminum foil.

  • Refrigerate overnight or at-least 5 hours to set.

  • Garnish on top with more nuts and rose petals.

  • Serve chilled and enjoy!!!!
