Try this easy chicken stir fry recipe without any mess. If you wish; you can add some veggies also (potato, broccoli, carrot or beans) to this stir fry while the half way of cooking to make it a complete meal!

Ingredients:
- Chicken-1/2 kg
- Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder-1 tbsp
- Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
- Salt-to taste
- Vinegar-1 tsp
- Oil-2 tbsp
- Thinly chopped ginger-1 tsp
- Thinly chopped garlic-1 tsp
- Thinly cubed onion-1
- Thinly cubed bell pepper-1 small
Preparation:
- Wash and cut the chicken in to small pieces.
- Marinate it with turmeric powder, chilly powder, cumin powder, salt and vinegar.
- Rest for at least 15 minutes or more.
- Heat a pan with oil; add ginger and garlic; saute a minute.
- Add onion and bell pepper; saute another a minute.
- Add marinated chicken pieces and mix well.
- Cover the lid and cook for about 15 minutes on medium flame (open and stir occasionally)
- After that open the lid and cook for another 5-10 minutes or until the chicken pieces are nicely browned.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve...
