Chicken tikka is Indian originated grilled chicken. It tastes so juicy and yum. Here is an easy version of chicken tikka with simple Indian spices. Grill these kebab's fast for a delicious meal.

Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken cubes-400 gm
- Oil-1 tbsp
- Besan flour (chick pea flour)-1 1/2 tbsp
- Hung curd-2 tbsp
- Chilly power-1 tbsp
- Cumin powder-1 tsp
- Chaat masala-1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder-2 tsp
- Garam masala powder-1 tsp
- Salt-to taste
- Thinly chopped mint leaves and coriander leaves-one handful
- Corn flour-2 tbsp
- Mustard oil-2 tsp
- Butter-1 tbsp
- Oil-2 tbsp
- Bamboo skewers-4 or 5
Preparation:
- Soak bamboo skewers in hot water for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat a small pan with a tablespoon of oil; add besan flour and roast on low flame for a minute or until nice aroma spreads.
- Add this in to a mixing bowl.
- Add ingredients from 4-13; mix well.
- Now add boneless chicken pieces and mix well.
- Thread these marinated chicken pieces on soaked skewers.
- Heat a grill pan with butter and oil.
- Place the skewers on top and grill the for sides until nicely browned.
- Serve hot in side with green chutney and salad.
