Roasted crunchy peanut salad is a quick and healthy snack to enjoy at any time. You can try this chaat with boiled peanuts also. Give all of the ingredients a quick mix and go for it.....
Ingredients:
- Roasted Peanut-1 cup
- Thinly chopped onion-1 small
- Thinly chopped cucumber-1 smal
- Thinly chopped tomato-1 small
- Thinly chopped coriander leaves-2 tbsp
- Salt-little to taste
- Chilly powder-little to taste
- Chaat masala-little to taste
- Lemon juice- 1/2 tsp
- Sev-to garnish
- In a mixing bowl add onion, cucumber, tomato and coriander leaves.
- Add roasted peanuts followed by salt, chilly powder and chaat masala.
- Sprinkle lemon juice on top.
- Add into serving plate and garnish on top with sev.
- Serve soon and enjoy the fresh crunchy salad!!
