Crunchy Peanut Salad

Roasted crunchy peanut salad is a quick and healthy snack to enjoy at any time. You can try this chaat with boiled peanuts also. Give all of the ingredients a quick mix and go for it.....


Crunchy Peanut Salad

Ingredients:
  1. Roasted Peanut-1 cup

  2. Thinly chopped onion-1 small

  3. Thinly chopped cucumber-1 smal

  4. Thinly chopped tomato-1 small

  5. Thinly chopped coriander leaves-2 tbsp

  6. Salt-little to taste

  7. Chilly powder-little to taste

  8. Chaat masala-little to taste

  9. Lemon juice- 1/2 tsp

  10. Sev-to garnish

Preparation.
  • In a mixing bowl add onion, cucumber, tomato and coriander leaves.

  • Add roasted peanuts followed by salt, chilly powder and chaat masala.

  • Sprinkle lemon juice on top.

  • Add into serving plate and garnish on top with sev.

  • Serve soon and enjoy the fresh crunchy salad!!
