Creamy Pasta with Scrambled Eggs


Pasta with creamy butter sauce and scrambled eggs is an extremely delight fest. Here is the classic Italian recipe with a Desi Indian twist.Try it out and leave your feed backs here.


Ingredients:



  1. Pasta-1 cup

  2. Butter-2 tsp +1 tbsp

  3. Eggs-2

  4. Thinly chopped garlic-1 tbsp

  5. Thinly chopped onion-1 small

  6. Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp (optional)

  7. Flour (maida)-1 tbsp

  8. Milk- 1cup

  9. Mixed herbs-1 tsp

  10. Pepper powder- 1 tsp

  11. Salt-little to taste

  12. Coriander leaves-to garnish



Preparation:



  • Cook pasta in boiling water by adding salt for about 6-8 minutes.

  • Drain it and keep aside.

  • Heat a pan with 2 tsp pf butter add eggs; scramble it by adding little salt and pepper powder.

  • Take it out from the pan and keep aside.

  • Heat the pan with 1 tbs of butter.

  • Add garlic and saute for a minute.

  • Add onion and saute until slight golden.

  • Add turmeric powder; mix well.

  • Add flour and mix well.

  • Add 1 cup of milk, little salt, pepper powder and mixed herbs.

  • Cook until slightly thickEns the milk.

  • Add cooked pasta and scrambled eggs.

  • Mix well and turn off heat by garnishing on top with coriander leaves.
